hmm it is now 4.41 a.m in the morning.. i woke up somewhere around 2a.m. went to sleep somewhere around 9pm tadi.. ngantuk gile.. i took my painkiller ngan anti histamines.. tetiba je jadi giddy ngan drowsy..went to pasar after study circle as usual..tapi hari nih pi ngan si rahman.. toba takda.. dok tersangkut kat rumah patient cfcs die.. haha nak kena jadi delivery boy le pulak tadi.. jangka nak bangun pukul 11.. but alas.. things don't always turn out as you plan.. anyway.. i'm now studying for tbl tomorrow.. haha sebab dengan dato' kanda nanti.. haha dun really want to get slaughtered masa tbl.. i've covered thyroglossal cyst, cat scratch disease, branchial cyst, primary neoplasia of lymph glands, ischaemic contracture of sternomastoid, pharyngeal pouch.. haha tak cover lagi thyroid disorders.. anyway nak tidur balik.. i'll resume the rest tomorrow.. as long as i have SOME knowledge.. ok le kot.. kalu tak nanti crap je le.. what to do.. haha
