Dasar LG x2
hmm to know what LG means just refer below.. unless your blind le kan..
i went to imu bukit jalil on saturday afternoon.. si kasemsuk ajak datang orientation..
anyway seeing as that i woke up a bit late that day.. kira timing baik le and anyway i had nothing to do for the whole day.. my appointment with dr. moira was postponed as no one was able to drive me there.. my father had to go somewhere with pakcik alias.. so basically better go somewhere and burn away the time..
i've gotten bored of staring blankly into the computer and thinking of something useful to do (aside from studying or anything of academical or clinical relevance) so you can see that i'm LLLLAZZYYYYYY .. haha i've broken my promise of i'll try my best for the clinicals.. hehe marilah kita mengalamai anjakan paradigma pada minggu ini.. returning to the orientation..
hmm sempat le berkenalan ngan junior2 ( dasar LG) heh padahal tegur ngan diaorang pun kurang.. biasa le.. i'm a shy person underneath it all muahahaha.. anyway i 'joined' the treasure hunt with syed's group.. i was just trailing them la.. can't run that much pun.. wearing slippers yg dah dekat nak koyak.. haha anyway there was 3 guys and 4 girls in the group.. ramai junior la..
(demmm, didn't take the chance nak berkenalan) hahaha .. anyway just went there to see one of the new juniors from MCKK, he's the son to my old HEA teacher in Jasin.. so basically he asked me to keep an eye on him la... it's a HE ya.. bukan perempuan.. and i'm not GAY hahaha
hmm anyway.. i think i've lost my camera masa tuh.. dah terlampau GATAL sangat sampai terlupa ambik kamera .. hehe takdele.. i just forgot to take my camera after the photography session.. misplaced the camera.. anyway.. no one has found the camera.. i've asked a few of my friends to ask around.. mana tahu ada yg terambik anyway.. kalo dah hilang redha je lah.. tapi belum tuh usaha le semana yg boleh.. hmm kalo hilang pun terima le.. meng'dam'kan dosa2 yg dok berlambak tuh.. can't really say much.. dari DIA kita datang, pada DIA kita kembali..

on tuesday my day was spent in the ecg room shaving people's chest hair.. huhuhuhu.. dahle takda air nak basuh tangan.. thank God somewhere around 10am dah ada air balik.. buleh basuh tangan.. anyway.. my day was spent doing a whole lot of ECG's with Chiew Yee as a chaperone, vision tests, nebulizers and also managed to observe a high vaginal swab.. don't really know why the doctors pegi hantar patient kat dressing room but high vaginal swab.. dahle susah gila staf nurse tuh buat.. that night i was busy intepreting and reading up for my TBL presentation with Dr. Leung the next day..

don't recall much of the morning.. hahaha.. i think it was spent reading up for my presentation that afternoon and also again in the ecg room again.. bosan..
that afternoon as per usual.. i think my group had a good presentation la kot.. my group included yen shi, ying chew ngan adeq.. i managed to crap and babble on my presentation.. haha i'm proud of my presentation skills.. nowadays i can totally ignore the crowd and avoid nervousness.. malam itu, me, yuhana and rahman went to the real "seven-eleven" nak buy a few items la.. sambil2 tuh pi shopping kek utk si didi punya hari jadi.. after that pi la rumah dia .. nyanyi2 lagu, ambik gambar2, makan popia ngan tengok tv sambil mengumpat semana yg boleh dengan didi.. biasa le.. i've been influenced by didi,lydia, ngan nina utk mengumpat org je.. aku yg dahulunya suci dan kudus.. quite a lot of confounding statements have been released this week haha.. wallahuwa'lam.. we'll see what happens.. it's called fate...

vivid memories.. hahaha cam biasa je.. cuma that day.. class finished a bit late.. then went for futsal ngan yuhana .. wis was already waiting there.. anyway.. dapat main sekejap je la with the guys sebab i came a bit later than everyone else.. heh anyway managed to score a brace of goals.. very opportunistic like goals.. don't really like to score this kind of goals.. nanti org panggil aku opportunistic lak hahaha.. hmm.. after that there was the highlight of the day la kot.. can't really describe it.. hmm si hajar ajak main futsal with the girls seeing as that i had to wait for yuhana.. dahle 7 lawan 4.. ditambah lagi budak baju kuning main gak.. adeh laa... hmm main macam biasa je laa... agak sakit gak la kaki kena pijak ngan budak2 nih.. diaorang pun kekadang main swing je kaki masa tackle bola.. in short pancit aa 4 lawan 7.. dahle kena siku ngan si wani.. winded for a while. .. and most of the time i tried to stay out of the center position mana si budak kuning bermain.. dia dapat bola pun i just backed off.. sesia je karang aku tertackle.. ada lak yg muka masam karang haha.. don't really want to speculate much on anything and jumping to conclusions and getting happy or anything.... carry on je.. anyway ok gak le kot 4 lawan 7 .. at least i broke sweat and worked myself.. good time to practice my passing.. if girls main.. memang for sure they won't close you down fast.. so basically u have a lot of time on the ball and the chance to dribble.. muahaha kira konon nak tunjuk skill aaa.. poyo je..

woke up late.. spent some time doing the skeleton of my family medicine case report.. started somewhere around 2 am and stopped about 4am.. got tired.. that night pun had to revise my notes as we were presenting for ims that day.. in short a bit nervy day la kot.. takut kena present depan org gigi besi? muahaha.. biasa le pakai trick tak nampak crowd.. returning to the day.. i finished my report that morning and printed it out.. yuhana,wis,annas ngan si toba datang pinjam printer.. Parasitesss u people hahahaha..
went for prayers in masjid negeri as usual .. there was a light drizzle masa tuh.. Tuan Mufti cakap kalo kita berdoa ngan tetiba ada hujan renyai nih .. insya-Allah doa makbul dah tuh.. heh nak doa apa aaa? masa tuh i saw cikgu mahzan my HEA daripada jasin.. but couldn't stop nak tegur dia jap.. had to rush to IMU..
i've noticed after my episode of being gila kuasa in bukit jalil and jadi msoc punya gipang.. i rarely get nervous in front when presenting anymore.. so now is a good time to stop being gila kuasa.. unfortunately i've been chosen as VP of Goodwill games..
returning to my IMS presentation.. everything went well.. had to do some last minute revision.. as tetiba diaorang suruh present the opening part.. biasa le gipang.. tanpa segan silu lagi la.. haha

Dr. Moira Robertson.. me chiropractor.. Dasar LG( lelaki gatal)
hmm last week was another week in family medicine.. unrepresentative of life as a doctor.. laid back and relaxed.. hmm anyway i had my history taking and presentation with dr. kwa that day.. didn't have much trouble with the patient.. it was just a normal case of a follow up hypertensive patient.. did ok for that.. got 6.5 for it..
anyway i went back this weekend again.. had an appointment with a chiropractor.. i know it's complementary treatment.. but i feel much better compared to going to SJMC where the doctor says nothing, the physiotherapist says nothing and charges me an exorbitant amount of money at the end of the day.. went back to PJ on friday with my father and pakcik alias.. i couldn't drive as my shoulder and back was sore gilaa2 b*bi.. maybe it was the after effects of playing futsal for two hours straight the day before... ditambah lagi the fact that.. i played extra "semangat" la konon.. biasa le.. court perempuan sebelah.. siap ngada2 guling atas lantai lagi.. balik rumah guling2 betul hahaha... i skipped class, prayers and plenary on friday.. agak teruk jugak le demam.. haha usaha menagih simpati la konon..
well i went back to pj after that.. demam pun subside.. homesick kot? haha cam very unlikely.. everyone i know alleges me of not being a family person... haha..
returning to the chiropractor.. she's a female caucasian and a bit taller than me.. most probably in her 30's.. she was very nice la.. in a sense she explained quite a lot of things including my shoulder injury.. had the IF treatment.. then dr. moira said that my legs were not correctly aligned(WTF??!!) haha tah camana le dia pi flex my leg.. tarik and tetiba *ketak* dia reposition.. she may look small but she's quite strong. then she did something called flexion distraction.. trying to realign my spine.. she also did something for my neck.. it's been stiff for quite a while.. sekarang nih the neck is ok la...
the center is in maluri.. jalan jejaka.. baru perasan.. dekat2 ngan rumah si azman fundus..
anyway i need to go as often as possible there.. and i can only go on weekends bila dr. moira yg ada... muahahaha.. it's 12.30a.m. i'm a bit off ...(weng and geylong)
that night.. tuan mufti negeri 9 datang mengajar kat rumah lagi.. that's the main reason i went back... it was the usual schedule except nowadays i'm forbidden from doing any work langsung.. i feel helpless at times.. but i know most of them are well meaning in what they do.. anyway.. i'll just post up to here.. next post will be a bit off my usual topic.. "relationships" but i'm still forming my thoughts on the topic...

tired and contented...
hmmm even though i'm starting with family medicine.. which is the lightest posting .. i'm already a bit tired... maybe it's also added by the task of doing IMS, TBL in the same week and also together with BBQ nite last thursday.. i've lost my voice after constantly making chipmunk voices for the past week.. the first week for family medicine was very light.. it was filled with briefings and all that kind of stuff.. for me it's a good introduction.. as i dun really suit a system where i'm rushed into my stride.. i need to gather momentum first la.. so basically , family medicine is a good system to start with..
anyway regarding BBQ nite.. the performances even though ada 4 je.. but each performances was very good la... buleh tahan le bengong nya... my group was so anxious on how the floor would react to our sketch.. nasib baik le ok.. hah. in the sketch i played the part of a 'pushy' director who dies of MI on set.. haha.. it was a riveting performance.. wanted to name the play 'Bokbong' Mountain masa tuh.. tak tahu le tak semua 'kawan2' tgk ke tidak my performance.. haha.. dahle masa tuh si syafika lari dari skrip pegi buat CPR.. malu sebentar..
heh aku dok geylong nih.. baru balik dari tahlil tadi with my parents kat ampangan.. low on glucose and very tired.. i'm also feeling my slipped disc.. hope it's nothing serious...
other than the performances.. everything masa bbq nite.. was mostly forgettable for reasons that i won't divulge so as to conserve my political correctness...
i've noticed that everytime orientation memana je.. i'll become emotional and stuff.. get sucked into things that i shouldn't be bothered about.. it took a long time for me to realise this fact.. anyway.. now nak menyimpan tekad.. be self-centered(macam x mungkin) n buat tak peduli.. haha
i've also been having sorethroat,haemoptysis,rhinorrhea during the orientation week.. dunno if it's because of the weather or my medications are cross reacting with each other..

returning back to friday.. arrived in PJ somewhere around 9.45.. saturday tuh.. my car became a sardine can.. tolong lydia pindah2 barang2 dia and sent her to the bus stop together with her sisters.. her sisters sat at the back pegang 3 kotak besar.. siap ada periuk nasik ngan toto and another tilam.. ditambah lagi ngan baldi2 ngan bantal si lydia, cik parasit terkemuka.kiranya my car was really like a moving lorry la. dahle agak terharu dia bagi duit minyak.. weh lydia bila nak belanja makan?.. i was supposed to rush straight to malacca after that... left for malacca lebih kurang maghrib.. stopped over in seremban around 8.14.. a new record aaa .. tekan minyak.. itupun jem jugak seremban..
solat maghrib and then left for a'famosa around 8.38 la.. reached alor gajah around 9.45.. a bit slow sebab drive malam...
celebrated nurin's birthday in a'famosa masa tuh and i left for umbai utk pegi rumah fizzi around 11 in the morning.. went to his house.. makan2.. lepak2 .. bergambar.. cuba ngorat penanggar2 dia..without any luck.. huhuh desperadooooooo!!! then left for seremban around 3.15p.m... so it's been a bit hectic la all in all..

i've also been having sorethroat,haemoptysis,rhinorrhea during the orientation week.. dunno if it's because of the weather or my medications are cross reacting with each other..
presenting complaint..
sore throat for 7 days..
preceded by rhinorrhea of 2 days..
sore throat accompanied by early morning haemoptysis for the first 2 days..
dysphagia for first 2 days.. and also pain on swallowing.. subsided after two days..
first 2 days productive of greenish-yellow blood tinged sputum..
now cough is productive of clear and mucoid sputum..
accompanied by wheezing.. not sure whether i have nocturnal cough..
reduced PFR rate..
no fever..
flu for the first 2 days.. subsided..
sorethroat aggravated by drinking orange juice.. ceased drinking
and dysphonia.. i think this is the right term kot.. i can't make high pitched voices now..
no chills or rigors
medications...
neurobion

spirulina(health supplement)
loratidine(anti-histamines)
family history of
stroke
diabetes
cancer(oesophageal)
social history
never smoked.. however i'm an ardent secondary smoker
no alcohol..

on friday i went home to pj.. bertolak malam.. had some car trouble.. the engine is overheating and sekarang maybe the alternater dah kong.. so tommorrow someone will come over and have a look at the car..
returning back to friday.. arrived in PJ somewhere around 9.45.. saturday tuh.. my car became a sardine can.. tolong lydia pindah2 barang2 dia and sent her to the bus stop together with her sisters.. her sisters sat at the back pegang 3 kotak besar.. siap ada periuk nasik ngan toto and another tilam.. ditambah lagi ngan baldi2 ngan bantal si lydia, cik parasit terkemuka.kiranya my car was really like a moving lorry la. dahle agak terharu dia bagi duit minyak.. weh lydia bila nak belanja makan?.. i was supposed to rush straight to malacca after that... left for malacca lebih kurang maghrib.. stopped over in seremban around 8.14.. a new record aaa .. tekan minyak.. itupun jem jugak seremban..
solat maghrib and then left for a'famosa around 8.38 la.. reached alor gajah around 9.45.. a bit slow sebab drive malam...
celebrated nurin's birthday in a'famosa masa tuh and i left for umbai utk pegi rumah fizzi around 11 in the morning.. went to his house.. makan2.. lepak2 .. bergambar.. cuba ngorat penanggar2 dia..without any luck.. huhuh desperadooooooo!!! then left for seremban around 3.15p.m... so it's been a bit hectic la all in all..

My first week in Seremban.. in a nutshell
yep, i've just finished my 'orientation' and i'll be starting my posting this monday...
well it's been an eventful first week in seremban la kot..
ahad..
went to metrojaya punya closing sale baru nih.. they are shifting from their outlet in front of Jaya.. so went there.. picked out a few items.. then suruh my mother bayar pakai kredit kad 'daddy' haha.. keji tak? tak terasa keji sama sekali benarnya.. necessities maa.. balik2 rumah.. said a few goodbyes to my friends in NZ ngan tronoh, perak.. ye la.. i dun really know when i'll be able to access the internet again.. that day i started for seremban around 5.15p.m. agak lambat le.. memandangkan nak kena double check everything and put it in me car.. dah le pindah sorang2.. anak terbuang tak? haha contradictory statement tul.. anyway.. it takes about 35-45minutes aa to arrive in seremban.. but biasa le.. i'm a 'Pemandu Berhemah'
that night duk sibuk le kemas barang2 and pegi makro beli barang2 ..

haha monday was a bad day la kot for my batch.. we managed to piss off the director of seremban hospital..
u can't really blame people for not being in the lecture theatre if you are 15 minutes early for your talk le... haha tanak campur le sangat.. most of the orientation were packed with talks introducing the clinical school..
and i've begin to notice that my new pair of specs are unwittingly attracting attention from certain lectures.. tak pasal2 nak kena 'volunteer' jadi penulis kat white board... hmmm bahaya nih kalu menarik perhatian sangat... haha.
the only reason that i changed my specs were because my power increased ngan i wanted to use it masa main futsal.. tak tahu le pulak ada adverse effect le pulak...
there were 2 tours of seremban.. skipped the first one.. my house went on tour to Man TomYam with Kak Miha's house.. and she showed us around ampangan and seremban town.. hmm i've gotten a bit of the place la kot.. dulu quite often gak turun seremban with my parents..
anyway.. masa kat man tomyam tuh.. the food was ok la.. not that i'm choosy or anything.. haha
for me .. as long as the food is edible, induces satiety through my ventromedial hypothalamus.. that that's enough, alhamdulilah.. it'll be much better if someone pays for it..

someone did pay for the meal.. Kak Miha as usual utilizing her skills of discreetly membelanja kitaorang.. we didn't notice pun that she got up from her seat.. anyway.. dah habis makan masa tuh.. we were a bit perplexedd aa bila housemate kak miha semua jalan je tak bayar... ingatkan diaorang nak melarikan diri dan buat muka tak tahu je.. heh dahle akak kaunter bayar tuh wusha kitaorang pelik semacam je.. rupa-rupanya dah bayar.. hampeh dan juga terima kasih kepada kak miha..
most of the nights in seremban were filled with exploring places la... and also we went to makro(dunno what's with our affinity towards makro) to buy our television and also washing machine..
haha washing machine jenama PROTECH and tv jenama AUDIOVISUAL
as long as they work for 2 and a half years .. i dun really mind the brand pun.. as long as my money is safe in my pocket..
speaking about money, i think i've finished about RM800++ this week for household items.. huhu lari budget nak beli PDA... nak kena claim kat daddy nih...
we transported the washing machine in pakcik's kenari and the tv in my satria...
haha it's good that i dun really need to do any heavy lifting.. hahaha.. kessian my housemates...
also that week, there was one day, where pakcik drove us to imu.. masa nak balik tuh, we were looking for a house office somewhere along jalan rasah...
heh pakcik dengan ketegaq dia seperti bese... telah membawa kami semua ke kuil OM SIVALANNAYAM yg agak2 3 kilometer ke dalam jalan kampung mana tah.. haha with the assumption.. mesti ada jalan keluar punya kat depan... haha if ur reading this pakcik.. jangan marah... hahaha ko memang.. gayung aku pun ko nak curi... dahle suruh aku bayar...
anyway.. returning to orientation.. that wednesday we had treasure hunt.. they had to rearrange the groups and my reorganized group had wispala,annas,natalia,maam ngan zaki..
and we renamed the group either "Salam Pantai Timur" or "Group Natalia" .. dun really know which one is the official name.. heh the treasure hunt was ok la kot.. pretty eventful to say the least.. heh i encountered an 'old friend' who got her/his hand stuck in the door that day.. pity her.. what to do.. lama tak bercommunicate.. heh anyway it was awkward la kot.. wanted to smile seperti biasa je .. but my face turned into a contorted grin.. so kira jadi le muka pervert dah.... susah benar nak senyum buat macam biasa... so i looked at the ceiling.. she looked at the floor.. heh bagusla...
we'll see la how things turn out.. i just wanna to avoid friction with people and do my best for clinical... bear in mind.. "my best" is a relative word .. haha
then on thursday.. had my first game of futsal after a verrryy veryy veryy longgggg longg sabbatical from futsal.. didn't want to risk aggravating the slipped disc before nih... but now.. i feel as long as control the way i play futsal.. it'll be ok.. need to cut down on my sliding tackles, diving stops.. so basically nak kena tone down the tempo la... i don't really want to worsen the injury..
heh dahle that day i was too enthusiastic challenging for the ball.. went in the tackle against jeremy..and some other person.. now my left shin is inflammed , right shin is bruised and my left knee scrapped sebab sliding atas karpet hahaha.. i miss futsal... anyway.. pancit gila main futsal.. played an hour straight.. sebab dah gian sangat.. rasa macam nak muntah je at the end of the hour tapi ok la kot.. need to build up my stamina again.. need to cut down my weight..
tule i've been starting to play takraw kat depan kondo tasek mewah tuh.. and jalan2 kat lake gardens.. need to start slow.. sia2 je if i rush myself..
ramai le jugak yg main futsal.. the girls also played then.. tak nampak pun camana diaorang main.. tak pakai spek.. suci lagi kudus.. haha
anyway i'm in family medicine punya posting along with many other mohd's, i'm the group leader for my CFCS punya groupp(adeh laa), got paired with theresa for my CFCS, and most possibly nak kena present IMS later this month along with pakcik,wispala,chiew yee and adelyn...
anyway .. villa cinta kenyir just installed a new phone line and next week we're installing streamyx le kot insya-Allah.. maybe then i'll have more chances to update my blog.. quite a lot of things to write.. tapi ye le... tiada kesempatan.. i'm not really keen nak pegi rumah org lain semata2 nak post kat blog..
i'll post when i have the chance and the will to do so..

went to metrojaya punya closing sale baru nih.. they are shifting from their outlet in front of Jaya.. so went there.. picked out a few items.. then suruh my mother bayar pakai kredit kad 'daddy' haha.. keji tak? tak terasa keji sama sekali benarnya.. necessities maa.. balik2 rumah.. said a few goodbyes to my friends in NZ ngan tronoh, perak.. ye la.. i dun really know when i'll be able to access the internet again.. that day i started for seremban around 5.15p.m. agak lambat le.. memandangkan nak kena double check everything and put it in me car.. dah le pindah sorang2.. anak terbuang tak? haha contradictory statement tul.. anyway.. it takes about 35-45minutes aa to arrive in seremban.. but biasa le.. i'm a 'Pemandu Berhemah'
that night duk sibuk le kemas barang2 and pegi makro beli barang2 ..

haha monday was a bad day la kot for my batch.. we managed to piss off the director of seremban hospital..
u can't really blame people for not being in the lecture theatre if you are 15 minutes early for your talk le... haha tanak campur le sangat.. most of the orientation were packed with talks introducing the clinical school..
and i've begin to notice that my new pair of specs are unwittingly attracting attention from certain lectures.. tak pasal2 nak kena 'volunteer' jadi penulis kat white board... hmmm bahaya nih kalu menarik perhatian sangat... haha.
the only reason that i changed my specs were because my power increased ngan i wanted to use it masa main futsal.. tak tahu le pulak ada adverse effect le pulak...
there were 2 tours of seremban.. skipped the first one.. my house went on tour to Man TomYam with Kak Miha's house.. and she showed us around ampangan and seremban town.. hmm i've gotten a bit of the place la kot.. dulu quite often gak turun seremban with my parents..
anyway.. masa kat man tomyam tuh.. the food was ok la.. not that i'm choosy or anything.. haha
for me .. as long as the food is edible, induces satiety through my ventromedial hypothalamus.. that that's enough, alhamdulilah.. it'll be much better if someone pays for it..

Kak Miha as usual utilizing her skills of discreetly membelanja kitaorang.. we didn't notice pun that she got up from her seat.. anyway.. dah habis makan masa tuh.. we were a bit perplexedd aa bila housemate kak miha semua jalan je tak bayar... ingatkan diaorang nak melarikan diri dan buat muka tak tahu je.. heh dahle akak kaunter bayar tuh wusha kitaorang pelik semacam je.. rupa-rupanya dah bayar.. hampeh dan juga terima kasih kepada kak miha..
most of the nights in seremban were filled with exploring places la... and also we went to makro(dunno what's with our affinity towards makro) to buy our television and also washing machine..
haha washing machine jenama PROTECH and tv jenama AUDIOVISUAL
as long as they work for 2 and a half years .. i dun really mind the brand pun.. as long as my money is safe in my pocket..
speaking about money, i think i've finished about RM800++ this week for household items.. huhu lari budget nak beli PDA... nak kena claim kat daddy nih...
we transported the washing machine in pakcik's kenari and the tv in my satria...
haha it's good that i dun really need to do any heavy lifting.. hahaha.. kessian my housemates...
also that week, there was one day, where pakcik drove us to imu.. masa nak balik tuh, we were looking for a house office somewhere along jalan rasah...
heh pakcik dengan ketegaq dia seperti bese... telah membawa kami semua ke kuil OM SIVALANNAYAM yg agak2 3 kilometer ke dalam jalan kampung mana tah.. haha with the assumption.. mesti ada jalan keluar punya kat depan... haha if ur reading this pakcik.. jangan marah... hahaha ko memang.. gayung aku pun ko nak curi... dahle suruh aku bayar...
