hmmm even though i'm starting with family medicine.. which is the lightest posting .. i'm already a bit tired... maybe it's also added by the task of doing IMS, TBL in the same week and also together with BBQ nite last thursday.. i've lost my voice after constantly making chipmunk voices for the past week.. the first week for family medicine was very light.. it was filled with briefings and all that kind of stuff.. for me it's a good introduction.. as i dun really suit a system where i'm rushed into my stride.. i need to gather momentum first la.. so basically , family medicine is a good system to start with..
anyway regarding BBQ nite.. the performances even though ada 4 je.. but each performances was very good la... buleh tahan le bengong nya... my group was so anxious on how the floor would react to our sketch.. nasib baik le ok.. hah. in the sketch i played the part of a 'pushy' director who dies of MI on set.. haha.. it was a riveting performance.. wanted to name the play 'Bokbong' Mountain masa tuh.. tak tahu le tak semua 'kawan2' tgk ke tidak my performance.. haha.. dahle masa tuh si syafika lari dari skrip pegi buat CPR.. malu sebentar..
heh aku dok geylong nih.. baru balik dari tahlil tadi with my parents kat ampangan.. low on glucose and very tired.. i'm also feeling my slipped disc.. hope it's nothing serious...
other than the performances.. everything masa bbq nite.. was mostly forgettable for reasons that i won't divulge so as to conserve my political correctness...
i've noticed that everytime orientation memana je.. i'll become emotional and stuff.. get sucked into things that i shouldn't be bothered about.. it took a long time for me to realise this fact.. anyway.. now nak menyimpan tekad.. be self-centered(macam x mungkin) n buat tak peduli.. haha
i've also been having sorethroat,haemoptysis,rhinorrhea during the orientation week.. dunno if it's because of the weather or my medications are cross reacting with each other..
presenting complaint..
sore throat for 7 days..
preceded by rhinorrhea of 2 days..
sore throat accompanied by early morning haemoptysis for the first 2 days..
dysphagia for first 2 days.. and also pain on swallowing.. subsided after two days..
first 2 days productive of greenish-yellow blood tinged sputum..
now cough is productive of clear and mucoid sputum..
accompanied by wheezing.. not sure whether i have nocturnal cough..
reduced PFR rate..
no fever..
flu for the first 2 days.. subsided..
sorethroat aggravated by drinking orange juice.. ceased drinking
and dysphonia.. i think this is the right term kot.. i can't make high pitched voices now..
no chills or rigors

on friday i went home to pj.. bertolak malam.. had some car trouble.. the engine is overheating and sekarang maybe the alternater dah kong.. so tommorrow someone will come over and have a look at the car..
returning back to friday.. arrived in PJ somewhere around 9.45.. saturday tuh.. my car became a sardine can.. tolong lydia pindah2 barang2 dia and sent her to the bus stop together with her sisters.. her sisters sat at the back pegang 3 kotak besar.. siap ada periuk nasik ngan toto and another tilam.. ditambah lagi ngan baldi2 ngan bantal si lydia, cik parasit terkemuka.kiranya my car was really like a moving lorry la. dahle agak terharu dia bagi duit minyak.. weh lydia bila nak belanja makan?.. i was supposed to rush straight to malacca after that... left for malacca lebih kurang maghrib.. stopped over in seremban around 8.14.. a new record aaa .. tekan minyak.. itupun jem jugak seremban..
solat maghrib and then left for a'famosa around 8.38 la.. reached alor gajah around 9.45.. a bit slow sebab drive malam...
celebrated nurin's birthday in a'famosa masa tuh and i left for umbai utk pegi rumah fizzi around 11 in the morning.. went to his house.. makan2.. lepak2 .. bergambar.. cuba ngorat penanggar2 dia..without any luck.. huhuh desperadooooooo!!! then left for seremban around 3.15p.m... so it's been a bit hectic la all in all..
