Nurin Jazlin , an 8 year old standard two student who disappeared a month ago when she left for the pasar malam near her home , has been confirmed through DNA tests that she was the girl which was found in a gym bag in PJS petaling utama a few days ago, we offer our condolences to the family of the late Nurin.. may they have strength to come through this ordeal insya-Allah..
sesungguhnya kita datang daripada Allah, dan daripada Allah kita akan kembali..
they have been certain quarters, parents and people pointing the finger to the parents.. and saying that they were negligent.. this maybe true.. but you have to cut some slack for the family.. no one in their right mind would allow this to happen to anyone in their family and it is impossible to expect 24-hour supervision.. they may have erred..
but the important this..
you never expect this to happen in our society in this day of age..
apathy has allowed this problem to creep in..
among the suspects are the so called Kampung Baru Molester..
a few months back they were a few other cases reported where two girsl ranging from 5-6 years old who were abducted by a man on a motorcycle.. who were asking their help to find his so called 'cat' and offered them ice cream in return..
what happened after that were that they were sexually assaulted in the same way as Nurin Jazlin was and was abandoned.. but they were found alive..
unlike Nurin who was found dead, and stuffed in gym bag in Petaling Utama..
to those who are responsible, be sure that justice will be severe.. if not in this world.. in the next world.. and Allah's retribution is unimaginable..
CCTV footage from the building where the gym bag was found.. has picked up a number of leads.. among them a suspected couple in a Perodua Kenari.. a woman was seen with a bag and leaving the building together with the male partner who was waiting in the Silver kenari..
there was also a footage of an unidentified motorcyclist.. we hope that the leads will bring the police to the suspect so that justice is meted out.. insya-Allah..
the person who did this must surely be a sicko.. but if anyone abetted the sicko.. then they are much worse..
Post-mortem results revealed that Nurin died after a brinjal and a cucumber were forced into her private parts, rupturing the intestines.
Nurin, a Standard Two pupil of SK Desa Setapak, suffered bruises to the head and cuts on the lips, signs that she had been beaten.
there has been an alarming increase in the number of brutal rape cases and crimes against children.. and yesterday a Sabah women's group called for the death sentence to be implemented for this type of cases.. click herejust today, there was a person who was convicted to 19 years of jail and 5 whips of the rotan for raping an 11 year old.. a few days back.. a brother to a disabled person.. raped a child who was their neighbour when she was at his house to take care of the disabled brother..
we've heard so much about deterrent sentences meted out to people who committed these crimes.. but is it really deterring them ? we rarely hear sentences.. and it's not really working in terms of preventing them to commit these crimes.. with all the cases that have been reported nowadays.. when anytime calls for the death penalty come out.. there would be a whole lot of NGO's and individuals plus foreigners who say that the death penalty is a violation of a human rights , we should give them a second chance, he was not of his right mind etc
"Wahai orang-orang yang beriman, diwajibkan kamu menjalankan hukuman qisas (balasan yang seimbang) dalam perkara orang-orang yang mati dibunuh." (Al-Baqarah :178)
well i put to you this question
what about the victims whose human rights has severely been violated..
the perpetrators have forfeit their human rights when they violated the human rights of others..
do the victims get a second chance?
who is going to make up for the loss of the family?
what would you feel if this happened to someone dear to you? you would scream for bloody murder of the persons responsible no doubt..
and lastly.. you need a sentence that is going to be a REAL deterrent to others.. maybe once awhile we should publicise and telecast the sentences being carried out.. the whipping, the hanging then only maybe we can deter these lunatics..
qisas..
to the person who committed the murder and the inhumane acts on Nurin Jazlin..
when anyone catches him.. we should shove a bagful of cucumbers , and brinjals up his emm.. alimentary tract.. before we stuff him/her into a gym bag..
and then we have justice..
sure then some "bigshot country" from across the seas.. would protest this 'violation' of someone's human rights.. but we really should look into the criminal statistics of that bigshot country where the brave and free live..
last time i checked they had the highest number of criminal cases in the world.. look up the statistics..
malaysia also spends too much money on our prisoners .. did you know that we spend RM 1.2 million a day for upkeep of our prisons per year and
Bernama
rm 500,00 is spent on "warganegara asing"
and we spend this much on our drug addicts..
(Sumber Berita Harian)
in total we spend rm 647 million per year on the outcasts of our society..
undeniably some do come out from the prisons and serentis rehabilitated with a sense of purpose and motivation to start over..
but we also have some very dodgy characters too..
we either should look into the prison system .. whether it's really achieving the goal or are we just going to produce repeat offenders who are not reluctant the flout the law or even violate it..
or think of sentences that can really deter people from committing crimes against society and themselves(drug addicts)
you wouldn't really want to work hard and in the end pay taxes to keep this lot cozy and comfy in the prisons..
p/s: Al-Fatihah buat Nurin Jazlin and also the others who have been a victim of these senseless crimes.. may Allah bring the people responsible to justice as soon as possible.. insya-Allah(God Willing)
